Genting Hotel & Spa At Resorts World Birmingham Bickenhill

My recent stay at Genting Hotel at Resorts World was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is modern and impressive, with spacious rooms that are beautifully designed. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was also perfect, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

I was here for 1 day and would stay there again. I enjoyed the place thanks to staff and rooms. The restaurant onsite was great with amazing dishes.

Central location was a plus. Our room itself was neat and huge with an amaaaaazzzing shower.

Excellent location for an event, with fantastic amenities, bar, and reception. Staff, especially Gemma and Ruby, were wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The beds in both rooms were the best we've ever slept on. Spa facilities were nice, and the Jacuzzi overlooking the park was a highlight. The classy restaurant and decor added to the overall experience.

Everything was perfect, enjoyed our very special stay. Superior double room was fashionable and neat had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The bathroom was gorgeous and it had a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries for our convenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was clean and GORGEOUS. Its location was central, 500 metres from Birmingham Nec.

The location of the hotel is great, with a nearby lake and plenty of outdoor facilities for both adults and kids. It is also conveniently located near a casino, spa, sky bar, and arcade. There are many restaurants and food facilities downstairs, making it easy to find a bite to eat. the staff at the spa are friendly and accommodating, offering a variety of options for relaxation and even an outdoor jacuzzi with stunning views.

The cleanliness of the hotel fell short in some areas. The toilet had a faeces stain upon arrival, although it was later cleaned by the staff.

Luxurious, impeccably clean place, everything was great, including location and rooms.

Truly exceptional hotel, it was worth its 4 stars. Neat room, stylish, pleasant staff. The beds were extremely comfy.

Possibly the best and very good stay for a long time. Had the signature queen room which was impressive with a bath. The staff were efficient and attentive, everything was nice. I spent some time with welcome drinks in the superb roof top bar.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our romantic escape. the walk-in shower was a nice touch and the Nespresso machine added a touch of luxury. We also enjoyed the stunning views over the lake, which added to the romantic ambiance. the location was perfect, right in the center of all the shops, restaurants, and cinema at Resorts World. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance.

The price of the hotel was quite expensive, especially considering the location. We paid £290 for just one night, which seemed excessive.

The place was fairly clean and staff was polite. Brilliant food. Late check out.

Comfy beds and peaceful atmosphere. Modern facilities including an espresso machine. Decent mini bar with complimentary drinks. VIP parking under the hotel. Outstanding quality robes and towels. Highly recommend for a 5-star experience. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night.

Felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

Impressive cosy rooms, large bathroom, fresh made breakfast. The staff were helpful, and the services were good.

Facilities were excellent, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had an incredible stay at the hotel. The breakfast menu was absolutely amazing and the staff, especially Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The view from the 5th floor was also impressive. The inclusion of the spa facilities in the room price was a great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very easy to walk to the nearby events at the NEC. The Sports Bar in the casino was also a convenient place to grab a drink and relax. The hotel had a beautiful secret garden near the lake, which was a hidden gem to explore.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The location is simply perfect, being situated inside a mall and surrounded by all sorts of great restaurants, which was very convenient for me. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, including the room service and the housekeeping, which always kept everything very clean and tidy. In addition, the facilities were top-notch, such as the indoor swimming pool with sun loungers and the spa & wellness centre, which was perfect to unwind after a long day.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel, hands down!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The team were all friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The room was easy to find and very clean, and the spa products in the bathroom were a lovely touch. I had a great night sleep, and there were plenty of things to do during my stay. I enjoyed a delicious dinner, tried my luck at the casino, and had a relaxing time at the spa. The complementary bar in the room was a nice surprise, and the hotel's location near the NEC complex was perfect for attending events. this hotel was well-managed and provided a great experience.

The staff made sure that my every need was taken care of, making my anniversary celebration extra special. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. The on-site restaurant and bar had a great selection of food and drinks, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The leisure facilities, including the casino and spa, were top-notch and provided a great way to unwind and relax. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends. It truly was a perfect stay in every way.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful bathroom and a huge walk-in shower. the location of the hotel was great, being attached to a shopping center with bars, restaurants, and a cinema. One of the best aspects was the rooftop bar with a secret garden and garden pods, perfect for enjoying a drink and the view.

Our stay was not without its downsides. the staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful, which was a disappointing start to our holiday.
